VIII. Rules for publishing topics and messages
1. Recommendations.
1.1. Before creating a new topic or message, you should carefully read the rules adopted in this section (see paragraph 2. of Chapter II), as well as general restrictions and prohibitions (see paragraph 2. of this chapter).
1.2 If you are creating a topic, then think about whether this issue should really be discussed in the selected section? Reread the section of the Section Rules that relates to the topic. Think about whether your question is a boundary question (located at the junction of the topics of two sections) - also study the rules of such boundary sections.
1.3. If you cannot make a choice yourself - contact the moderator. He will tell you where to create a theme.
1.4 Choose a topic name responsibly. It should be informative, that is, it should reflect the essence of the issue as accurately as possible. Avoid grammatical errors and slang in the title and description of the topic.
1.5 After you have selected a section, do not rush to create a topic. It is very likely that your question was discussed earlier. Use the filter (search). At the same time, consistently filter by several suitable keywords.
1.6. If you find a general topic on a program, hardware or issue (for this example - "All Kali Linux"), then study that topic by searching the selected keywords in the "Print version". Pay attention to the topic header - there can be a lot of useful things there.
1.7. If you mistakenly created a topic in the wrong section where you planned (or realized that the choice was wrong) - in no case create a similar topic in another section. Intentional duplication of topics is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate blocking of the login. Better contact a moderator - he will move your topic where it should be.
1.8 When answering an existing topic, try to speak to the point, avoid philosophizing, lyrical digressions, slang and grammatical errors. Remember that advertising messages will result in your login being blocked immediately.
1.9 Do not forget that you are on the forum. This is not an e-mail where you need to greet the interlocutors ("Hello, dear!"). This is not the case here. Signing messages other than using standard means of signature (see paragraphs 9-15 of Chapter IX) is also unacceptable.

2. Restrictions and prohibitions.
2.1. It is forbidden to create topics and messages that do not correspond to the topic declared in the Section Rules.
2.2. It is forbidden to create topics and messages of a flame nature, that is, those that may entail an overly emotional discussion of certain problems, and / or that do not have the main goal of solving them. For this kind of topics, there is a section "Flame".
2.3. It is forbidden to use profanity (mat), including veiled with special characters, as well as rude expressions.
2.4. Insults in any form are prohibited, whether direct ("you xxx!"), Indirect ("you have some resemblance to xxx") or absentee ("Gates - xxx"). Responding to insults is also prohibited.
Conditions for special use. Clauses 2.3 and 2.4 of this chapter also apply to correspondence with administrators / moderators made through the PM. For more details see clause 15.1 of Chapter XVI of the Agreement.
2.5. It is prohibited to use unauthorized languages and encodings, as well as methods that complicate the perception of the text, including but not limited to:
2.5.1. The use of transliteration in the titles of topics and messages (for example, "byakap");
2.5.2. Replacement of Russian letters with similar letters of the Latin alphabet ("BoT TaK") or numbers ("B0T TAK");
2.5.3. Writing the names of topics and messages in CAPITAL LETTERS;
2.5.4. Writing messages in uppercase and lowercase letters mixed ("THIS IS THE OVERVIEW") or letters of different alphabets ("the next image");
2.5.5. Deliberate mistakes and malicious non-observance of the rules of the Azerbaijani, English or Russian languages;
2.5.6. The inclusion of pseudo-graphics in the title and / or description of the topic (including text emoticons), as well as in the text of the message (except for text emoticons);
2.5.7. Use of all types of emphasis other than for the purpose of focusing attention on a particularly significant (or insignificant) part of the post. In other words, it is prohibited to type messages (in whole or in large part) in italics, and / or bold, and / or with underlining, and / or in a color different from the standard for forum messages, and / or font, and / or font size;
2.5.8. Quoting in a non-standard way. (Quoting without using the quote code).
2.6. It is forbidden to create topics that do not involve discussion (publication of announcements).
2.7. It is forbidden to duplicate topics and messages, that is, creating several topics (messages) on one issue, and / or creating the same topic (messages) in several sections, and / or creating a topic on an issue already described in another topic.
2.8. It is forbidden to publish uninformative messages (flood), including but not limited to:
2.8.1. Lack of substantiation of the statement, for example: "xxx - sucks!";
2.8.2. Personal correspondence. That is, posts that are interesting only to your interlocutor, but not to other participants. For example: "Thank you!" Messages that add additional information do not fall under this rule. For example: "Thank you, method xxx helped in solving yyy";
2.8.3. Raising the topic. Namely, the publication of messages aimed only at raising the topic in the list and at the same time not carrying a semantic load, for example: "Well, no one knows?"
2.9. Non-informative names of topics are prohibited, for example: "Help me!", "I have a problem with my computer!" etc.
2.10. It is forbidden to answer without text (smiley, including text smileys).
2.11. Offtopic prohibited (posting messages off topic).
2.12. It is forbidden to go over to personalities, that is, focusing on details that are insignificant for the issue under discussion, for example, age, status on the forum or nationality of the opponent.
Conditions for special use. Clause 2.12 of this chapter also applies to correspondence with administrators / moderators made through the PM. For more details see clause 15.1 of Chapter XVI of the Agreement.
2.13. It is forbidden to explicitly or indirectly provoke participants to violate the rules of the forum.
2.14. Publishing of deliberately false information is prohibited.
2.15. It is forbidden to discuss the rules, actions (or inaction) of the moderator.
Note. You can ask questions about this Agreement, as well as suggest additions to it in the topic "New General Forum Rules".
2.16 Unauthorized moderation is prohibited. If, in your opinion, the participant has violated the rules, then you must contact the moderator.
2.17. Failure to comply with additional topic rules is prohibited. If such rules exist, they are listed in the header of the topic to which they relate.
2.18. Any actions, explicitly or indirectly aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the forum, are prohibited, including but not limited to:
2.18.1. Removal or change of titles, descriptions and headers of topics, as well as their significant parts, if such actions contradict the purpose of the topic in which these changes and deletions are made;
2.18.2. Modifying your own messages in order to change their original meaning, made after the appearance of the following messages in the topic;
2.18.3. Deleting or modifying your own messages, making the following posted messages in the topic meaningless.
Note. Clauses 2.18 and 2.18.1 do not apply to moderators if violation of the listed clauses is required for the performance of their official duties. For more details see paragraph 6 of Chapter XVI.
2.19.Damage of links is not allowed, that is, deliberate distortion (addition, modification, deletion, creation of an environment with another tag) of URL addresses of links, leading to the impossibility of generating the correct hyperlink by means of the forum software for such URLs. Among other things, it is expressly prohibited to replace the standard schema marker (http: //, ftp: //, etc.) with another (hxxp: //, _http: //, fxp: //, _ftp: // and etc.)

IX. Promotions, additional features
1. As a reward for an active user, the forum administration can grant such a user a personal status (title).
2. An active user is a user who provides assistance and support to the moderators, contributes to the development of the forum, as well as its popularization among the masses.
3. Writing an article for the inseco.org site with its publication is considered a special expression of activity and is the basis for providing the user with a personal status.
4. The selection of candidates for promotion is made by the moderator of the section in which the user is active.
5. The moderator independently determines and assesses the user's activity.
6. Requests to the moderator or administrator for the provision of this or that promotion are not allowed and are the basis for refusing the promotion for a period of up to 1 (one) year, regardless of the user's activity.
7. The decision on the promotion is made by the administration of the forum at the request of the moderator, as well as on its own initiative.
8. The choice of the method of promotion is made by the administration in agreement with the encouraged one, but the final decision on this or that method remains with the administration of the forum.
9. For the purpose of improving the user experience, there are a number of additional functions that allow you to expand the functionality of the forum.
10.Additional functions mean: personal signature and avatar, as well as the ability to edit topic headers.
11. The basis for providing the user with access to certain functions is the current status on the forum.
12.Status is determined by counting the number of messages sent to the forum, except for sections and those in which the counter is disabled.
13. The following scale of statuses is adopted in the forum:
"Newbie" - from 0 to 50 messages,
"Script Kiddie" - from 50 to 100 messages,

"Gray Hat Hacker" - from 1000 to 2000 messages,
"White Hat Hacker" - from 2000 to 10000 messages,
"Red Hat Hacker" - from 10,000 messages,
"Moderator" - assigned to moderators,
"Administrator" - assigned to administrators,
14. Any user with the appropriate technical capacity has the right to create file archives ("exchangers") for the exchange of certain materials with other users.
15. Before creating a separate topic dedicated to the file archive, the representative user must obtain permission from the moderator of the section where it is planned to create such a topic. To add information about the file archive to the header of an existing topic, permission from the moderator is not required.
16. By the fact of creating a file archive, the user-representative guarantees the Administration that materials that violate the current national and / or international legislation will not be distributed through such an archive. In other words, the representative user assumes or transfers to the owner of the archive all obligations to prevent, identify and suppress violations of clauses 1.1., 1.3., 1.4. Chapter VII of this Agreement in the file archive. The file archive is the property of its owner, and therefore the Administration and moderators of the forum do not perform ongoing monitoring of file archives, and also do not track the execution of the instructions set forth in this paragraph by the representative user or the owner of the archive.
17. The administration and moderators of the forum do not influence the activities of file archives, decisions made by users-representatives or owners of the archive, except for those cases when intervention is required to fulfill the interests of the forum.

2. Such changes take effect from the moment of their publication.
3. The following actions are considered to be the fact of notifying the user about the entry into force of changes to the Rules:

9.Administrators of the forum are selected and appointed by the decision of the owners of the forum.

Note. It is not allowed to appeal against a warning issued against another participant.
14. With respect to the correspondence with the moderators made by means of the PM, some of the rules determined by paragraph 2 of Chapter VIII of this Agreement apply. A complete list of such rules is indicated in paragraph 14.2 of this chapter. In other words, the moderator is entitled to notify the Forum Administration about the revealed violations of the rules in messages sent through the PM to this moderator. The administration considers such violations as gross and applies to this user (violator) the sanctions specified in paragraph 11 of Chapter XVI of this Agreement (including blocking access to the forum).
14.1. When communicating with users through the PM, the moderator has no right to violate the rules, a complete list of which is given in clause 15.3 of this chapter. 16.1 The administration is entitled to maintain neutrality in terms of assessing and making decisions regarding possible violations, if the phenomenon that caused such potential violations is ambiguous and has found a significant resonance in society.
16.2 The administration of the forum is entitled to refuse to consider a certain case without giving reasons.
16.3 It is not allowed to appeal against the decisions of the owner or the user-representative of the file archive to the moderators or the Administration of the forum, if such decisions are related to the activities of this file archive.
